Workshop Day

Today Noel and Me, we did some bits and pieces de-bodging the new KTM 200 EXC...

Turning bar ends on the lathe.

New bar ends were turned on the lathe to replace the bodged in concrete anchor and gutter bolt!

The front brake pads were replaced and the disk given a good clean to remove all the old oil and gunk.

The clutch lever was very loose in the perch so the pivot hole was bored out to 10mm and re-sleeved with a bit of 10 mm aluminium stock to take out the slop.
