Hi, thanks for your interest. The blog generally has pics and small commentary on projects but it's not really intended as a step by step tutorial. However I can run you through some of the details. Firtsly the Bros swinger is slightly wider than the frame by about 15mm so 7.5mm was removed from the inner shoulders on the frame. The bros pivot bolt is also narrower so 2 bearings were changed and a sleeve was turned on the lathe to accommodate this. I also changed the bros shock for a Honda Fireblade item which is about 10 or 20 mm longer I can't remember exactly, and a spacer was turned also for the top mount.I also welded the frame where they are prone to cracking on the inner side of the pivot.Other small mods were the "finessing" of the oil tank with a rubber mallet to allow the shock to move freely..I also drilled the swinger and fed the rear brake line through to tidy it.All lathe work and head scratchy bits were undertaken by Lunar
Is there a place-site where you log your work? Your bike is truly inspiring and it would be great to get some of the details on the mods you have done
